Dedication is the best word to describe Miles’ attitude towards
her schoolwork and the softball field. “You would be really
surprised what you are willing to give up, when you know what you
want to do,” Miles said. “I know this is what I want to do and I
don’t see myself anywhere else. I don’t have a hard time giving
up other things to make myself study.”
