Nina holds CAC single season and
ALL TIME CAREER triples record!
Someone said: “She doesn't look fast.”
Don't bet on it!
She can drive the ball, too. Combine power and speed on the softball diamond and expect records to fall.

We reported last week that Nina had tied the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) “single season record” with the 9 triples she hit last spring. That number of three baggers had not been reached by a player in a year's schedule since 1997.
Now the CAC has updated the conference ALL-TIME CAREER softball records and just one Wolverine stands alone among ALL of the statistical data. It's Nina once more, tied again, with 14 total three base shots from her freshman and sophomore seasons that no one EVER in CAC history has produced in just two years and was last accomplished by a player way back in 2002 over a four-year career.
Almost needless to add, Nina holds both of those records at Wesley, as well.
“She is our only Wesley representative on the CAC softball single season or career record books,” noted Head Coach Juli Greep.
And, as mentioned, Nina still has two more seasons to go as every triple she slams from this point forward will knock down her own all-time conference record and leave her alone at the top of the heap as the very best CAC bat ever to race around second and head safely for third with a single swing of the lumber!
