What I hope to do when I graduate: I hope to be accepted into a graduate program with a graduate assistantship where I can coach and earn my degree

Besides softball, what I like best about college: I like hanging out with all of my friends.

Besides softball, my favorite spot on campus: The Den. I love their grilled cheese baskets especially when Louise makes them.

Non-major course that I have enjoyed the most: Music in our lives.

THE BEACH LEAGUE...

In the summer of 2014, Nina was selected to participate in “The Beach League”, a Myrtle Beach softball camp that draws topnotch college players from major DI conferences.

What excited me the most about The Beach League: Meeting new people and getting the opportunity to play against, and with, some of the best collegiate softball players .

Nina, bottom row, second from right, poses with a group of Beach Leaguers,
mostly DI standouts from universities and colleges across the country.

What I learned from the experience: All aspects of the game, work ethic and fitness techniques. I got a lot of quality at bats and had a great experience catching for these pitchers. Their work ethic and pace is something I brought back with me to Wesley. The league was an experience that I will never forget.

Where there any surprises?
On the last day I was even able to see my Wesley College roommate, Bre Hartman (who was visiting) and coach her sister's team at the Nationals in Myrtle.

PERSONAL “LIKES”...

Things I like to do: Go to the beach, hanging out with my friends and family, workout, and play softball.

My favorite job or task: I really like to do field work such as dragging and raking the field.

Quote: “When in doubt, there is no doubt.” My dad says that to me all the time.

A real or fictional personality I would love to invite to dinner: I would like to meet Patti Gasso, the head coach for Oklahoma. I think her coaching philosophy and line up are very unique.

What is most important to me: My family (see photo below)
